It is important to be aware of the skills you have. You may not particularly like the job you have or an element of your job that you wish you didn't have to do, but I always try to think about the transferable skills that I am picking up by doing those jobs.
I find it difficult to consolidate the jobs that I undertake, as I do an awful lot in my role, but as I was updating my CV today, I tried to focus on the different areas and concentrate on the specific skills I have picked up, which then in-turn, will make me a viable candidate for jobs that I may wish to apply for in the future.
Always be eager to learn, always try new things, even if you don't think you'll like it, it may just surprise you.
