Getting things off your chest!

Sometimes you just need a good vent.


No matter what is annoying you, whether it is something
about your partner, about work, about your family, about your life or even little menial things like the incessant moped revving across the street (true story, unfortunately).

All you need to do to make yourself huff a sigh of relief, grab someone or something (inanimate objects accepted) that will sit and listen to you gripe for a few minutes until you feel better.

It clears your head and I don't know about you, but I instantly feel less stressed than I did.

Just breathe, everything will be OK.

One day.
